3. IMPLEMENT (OPTIONAL)
Over an additional 60 days, we can (if required) engage a range of expert resources to support roll out of change including martech, CRM, data, integration(s), training and embedding of new processes. We can set up dashboards, reports and analytics so that all stakeholders can see the lead to revenue management performance.
