DEFINITION

A workflow is a synonym for a lead nurturing campaign. It’s a set of events and actions that move a lead through the nurturing process, from the top to the bottom of the funnel. A workflow can also serve other purposes, such as adjusting contact properties on a lead record or adding a contact record to a database.

Regardless of how you use them, workflows are a very powerful asset in an Inbound Marketing strategy.
